2018 Cup Predictions: Peruvian
anchovy
In
South Africa, World Cup 2010, Octopus Paul was the star of the fortune tellers
in predicting results. When he died, for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, other
aspirants appeared to replace him. Hen Paula, Norman Armadillo, Shaheen Camel,
among others.
For
the 2028 Cup, in Russia, Peru, a country with a millennial and mystical past,
also offers its own. Peru has one of the richest seas in the world, with a
wonderful species, the anchovy (Engraulis ringens), the Engraulidae family,
which lives in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Peru and Chile.
The
Institute of the Sea of Peru (IMARPE) conducts research in its
laboratories and at the Peruvian base in Antarctica. For research trips it has
scientific ships such as BIC Humboldt or BAP Carrasco. In the BIC Humboldt was
conditioned an aquarium to investigate the effect of the electromagnetic waves
on the behavior of the anchovy. In a joint experiment with the Federico
Villarreal University, Faculty of Fisheries, it was discovered that some
individuals had a behavior, and in the analysis of the data was found
correlation with the results of the football matches, so that could take
advantage of the potential predictive.
Two
anchovetas are unique, Mr. Engraulins (Mr. Anchoveta) and the small Engraulins
(Anchovetín). When there is a tie, both go to the center and three orange
lights are turned on. When Anchovetín (small anchoveta) is directed to the
position of a determined team, this one is victorious. In that case, lamps of
green color are lit in the place of Anchovetín (winner) to red in the place of
Mr Anchoveta. The winner is always chosen by the little one. When Brazil
eliminated him to Chile, Anchovetín was very agitated.
In
this figure the two soothsayers are observed in the center and the yellow light
is on. Prognosis of tie.
The
Humboldt crew and scientists are prepared to write down the forecasts and make
them known to the world. In the end, they will reveal the precise mechanism by
which these animals achieve successes. It seems that sea creatures have amazing
capabilities.
