Moscow 2017. The
World Cup Tour begins
On
Saturday, September 9, 2017, President Putin and FIFA's Gianni Infantino took
part in the ceremony to kick off the world trophy tour. The starting point was
the legendary Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, where the opening and the final of
the World Cup will take place.
The
stadium, called before Lenin Stadium, has capacity for 81,000 people; was

The

2018 - began touring 24 Russian cities and 50 countries around the world; the
journey that will last 123 days with a journey of 16,000 miles (25,660
kilometers) will be the longest tour in history.
The
organizers are Coca-Cola Russia and FIFA, with the support of the Local Organizing

In
the 24 cities visited, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, more than 40 million

Russian stage will have two phases. From September to December 2017 will visit
15 cities: Krasnoyarsk, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Perm, Saransk, Yaroslavl,
Kaliningrad, Tula, Kursk, Voronezh, Saratov, Volgograd, Krasnodar and Sochi.
Then,
it will continue its route through more than 50 countries in six continents. On
May 1, 2018, he will return to Russia to visit Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg,
Samara, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, St. Petersburg and Moscow. The
cup will pass through eleven cities hosting the championship. Moscow, the
